Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex building projects and shape communities. The role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk, as well as serving as the primary client interface. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing complex building or infrastructure projects and a strong understanding of project delivery models, contracts, and risk management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex building or infrastructure projects
- Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects with significant budgets and schedules
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Professional designation (P.Eng., PMP, or equivalent) or active progress toward certification
