Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 15+ years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing facilities-related projects
- Proven experience leading project management and multidisciplinary design teams
- Strong understanding of industrial facilities, manufacturing environments, and building systems
- Experienced with alternate construction delivery models on greenfield and brownfield industrial projects
- Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills
- Skilled at managing project financials, schedules, and contracts
- PMP certification or PE license preferred, but not required
