Senior Proposal Manager (Ireland)

Senior Proposal Manager position at WSP Ireland, responsible for managing complex and high-value strategic bids, leading bid teams, and developing winning strategies. The role requires a strong understanding of bid governance, bid review processes, and commercial skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in winning bids and a strong awareness of public and private procurement processes in the UK and Ireland.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Qualified to degree level in an appropriate subject
• Certifications: APMP Foundation
• Software skills: Accurate and proficient working knowledge in Microsoft office, Adobe suite, InDesign (desired) and graphics skills
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role in engineering and construction
• Skills: Expert experience of producing tenders in the Roads and Civil markets that WSP operates in the Republic and Northern Ireland, strong project management skills, ability to assimilate large volumes of information and understand, plan and manage associated workflows, excellent people skills, ability to lead, encourage, motivate and enthuse others, a passion for quality and continuous improvement with a focus on delivery
