Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in executive compensation consulting or a related field
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, accounting, economics, business administration)
- Strong knowledge of international regulations and legislation regarding executive compensation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
