Health Analytics Financial/Actuarial Associate Director

As a Health Analytics Associate Director, you will support employer clients’ benefit programs by developing and delivering integrated health analytics projects, leading measurement strategy workshops, and developing customized dashboards. You will also contribute to the next generation of products and solutions within WTW’s analytics team.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing, visualizing, and delivering analytics leveraging health care, benefits, and HR data to WTW’s clients.
• Strong project management background.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables with little oversight.
• Understanding of the employee benefits ecosystem.
• Leadership skills, including experience as a people manager, team lead, or developing Financial, Actuarial, Analytics IC.
• Ability to communicate analytics concepts and results effectively to drive client action and improve plan performance.
• Ability to guide junior colleagues on analytics concepts, strategies, and tools.
