Job Description
The Lead Associate, Benefits Advisory will develop and maintain a deep understanding of the employee benefits market, develop new solutions and plans to maintain market competitiveness, and provide support to the Business Development Team.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the employee benefits market
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of WTW H&B products, solutions, and technology
- Develop and maintain an understanding of WTW’s Lines of Business (LOBs) outside Health & Benefits
- Provide support to the Business Development Team
