Job Description
The Sales Manager will focus on generating new sales, capturing and retaining new businesses, and meeting sales objectives. Success is based on revenue growth, business mix, and penetration into target industries.
Requirements
- Prepare proposals and presentations using marketing resources, practice groups, and other WTW producers.
- Design individual sales strategies for prospects and develop unique programs for each.
- Align sales strategies with individual client strategies.
- Conduct exhaustive analyses of needs and risk evaluations to identify specific coverage requirements for prospects and clients.
- Provide consultative advice in key areas of risk.
- Identify and close potential cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify business opportunities from existing customers and prospects.
- Develop new relationships with decision-makers in insurance and risk management topics.
- Obtain referrals and leads from existing customers.
- Identify and actively pursue cross-selling opportunities.
- Participate and assume leadership roles in strategic community and professional associations.
