Requirements

• Accurately process and manage complex pensions calculations and queries
• Check and monitor work completed by junior colleagues
• Act as a point of escalation for technical issues and member complaints
• Utilize knowledge of pension legislation and WTW guidance
• Support the Team Leader in ensuring service level agreements and performance standards are achieved
• Coach, support, and mentor junior colleagues
