Senior Pensions Administrator

Join us as a Senior Pensions Administrator within our Outsourcing line of business based out of our offices in Welwyn working hybrid. You will work within a team to provide a high quality service to our impressive portfolio of clients that include prestigious and market leading global companies.

Requirements

• Accurately processes and manages complex pensions calculations and queries across a variety of different pension processes and case types
• Checks and monitors work completed by junior colleagues, providing feedback and guidance to colleagues as required
• Acts as a point of escalation for the team for technical issues, non-standard cases, and member complaints
• Supports the Team Leader in ensuring that all service level agreements and performance standards are achieved on a day-to-day basis
• Coaches, supports, and mentors junior colleagues providing feedback and supporting the wider development and knowledge of the team
• Continuously seeks to identify areas where the service to clients /members could be improved and takes forward process improvements as required
