Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant, you will take a leading role in client-facing pre-sales, implementation, and integration of advanced insurance software. You will be part of a global Technology Consulting team, focusing on the Indian and SriLankan market, and will have opportunities to improve product development and work with R&D and delivery colleagues globally.

Requirements

• Executing client projects under the supervision of a Senior Technical Consultant
• After-sales technical support to Indian and Asia-Pacific clients
• Conducting on-site and remote installations, configuration and support of enterprise software
• Recommending appropriate custom solutions where required.
• Pre-sales support to consultants and the sales teams including managing RFP/RFI responses
