Requirements
- 3+ years of client-facing experience, building and managing long-lasting relationships
- Ability to guide clients through complex processes with ease
- Ability to manage challenging conversations and creatively solve business problems
- Ability to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to explain complicated concepts in a variety of ways
- Organized & process-oriented
- No-task-is-too-small attitude
- Financial fluency
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
- Flexibility and ability to react quickly and efficiently when called upon to change or pivot
