Programmatic Sales Director, Midwest

Wunderkind is looking for a top-performing Programmatic Sales Director to work with agency, trading desk, brand, and DSP accounts across the Midwest region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of revenue growth, healthy client relationships, and a deep understanding of the Wunderkind product offering.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree plus experience related to digital media or digital advertising
• At least 6+ years of online advertising sales experience
• Ownership and growth of the largest/most strategic territory within the assigned pod
• Extensive experience in the programmatic industry
• A robust network of contacts across the buy side
• Experience working with DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and other optimization platforms
• Experience selling CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
• Motivated, tenacious, and resourceful
• Persuasive and compelling
• Comfortable in a high-growth environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for the marketing technology space
