Requirements
- Minimum 15 years directly relevant industry experience, majority gained within the United States
- Minimum 6 years in a formal management capacity, with strong preference for candidates who have managed other managers
- Strategic role in a growth-minded Ads business with operations across the entire United States
- Proven ability to manage global teams and revenue streams, particularly across the UK and Canada
- Deep expertise across CTV, video, and emerging ad formats, with hands-on experience working with leading DSPs and platforms
- Visionary leadership, clear communication, growth mindset, cultural competency
Benefits
- All-in compensation target of $400,000.00 to $500,000.00, base plus variable
