The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Executive Vice President, helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations and effective coordination of priorities, communication, travel, and meetings.
Requirements
- Manage the EVP's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate priorities, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor and organize incoming communications, draft responses when appropriate, and track follow-up items.
- Help track key deadlines, deliverables, and leadership commitments.
