Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Quantum PRM. As a Customer Support & Success Representative, you will be the front-line champion for our clients, providing friendly, accurate, and timely support through various channels. You will work directly with healthcare professionals to help them get more value from our WUWTA platform.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in customer support, customer success, account coordination, or client services
- Excellent written communication and strong listening, empathy, and de-escalation skills
- Organized and reliable with ability to manage multiple tickets/tasks and follow up proactively
- Comfortable learning tools and workflows such as Zendesk, CRM, and basic reporting dashboards
- Self-starter mindset with good judgment and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- High discretion with sensitive information and comfort working in a healthcare-adjacent environment
