Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of estimating experience for heavy-civil earthwork projects
- In-depth knowledge of mass excavation, site balancing, and material shrink/swell factors
- Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid; familiarity with Trimble Business Center, Bluebeam, Excel, and scheduling software
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced bid environment
