Journeyman Electrician certification, 3+ years of electrical experience, ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

5+ years of experience in hot mix asphalt plant operations, leadership skills, strong working knowledge of HMA production, and ability to travel frequently

3-5 years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and ability to build credibility with field leaders

BA/BS degree and 2+ years of experience in proposal management, estimating, or construction

7+ years of experience in heavy-civil construction, 3+ years in project-management roles, proficiency in project-management software, excellent leadership and communication skills

3+ years experience in construction; degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; proficiency in Microsoft Office

Must have a valid Class A CDL, basic computer skills, and ability to lift 50 pounds

5+ years of progressive heavy highway construction project management experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
