Join WW Clyde – Where You Work Matters. As a Recruiting Specialist, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for Arizona operations, building long-term talent pipelines and promoting the company's culture and values.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience, in construction; heavy civil experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success recruiting skilled trades and/or field operations roles in a high-volume, competitive market.
- Strong sourcing skills (direct outreach, networking, referral generation) and comfort engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to build credibility with superintendents, project managers, and other field leaders.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar), and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for job fairs, school visits, and project/office visits.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain an insurable driving record.
