Electrician - Batch & Concrete Plants

We are seeking a Journeyman Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in Batch Plants, Concrete Plants, and Aggregate Production Facilities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of electrical experience, preferably in Concrete Plants, Portable Batch Plants, and Ready Mix operations. They will troubleshoot complex electrical systems, read and interpret blueprints, and collaborate with plant operations and maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Journeyman Electrician certification
• 3+ years of electrical experience
• Experience with automation, sensors, and control systems specific to batching and mixing processes
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in heavy civil and concrete plant maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varied field conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel across Western States
