Estimating Specialist

Estimating Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting construction plans to determine quantities of construction for earthwork projects. Job involves providing quality job takeoffs, proposal preparation, and estimate data compilation. Candidate should have strong understanding of project drawings, blueprints, and construction contracts.

Requirements

• At least one year of estimating experience is preferred
• Associates degree or Bachelors in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred
• Software experience with Agtek, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, HCSS and Trimble Business Center is a plus
• Ability to work within a team environment, fast paced with extreme accuracy
• Must maintain an insurable driving record
• Possess a positive 'can do' attitude
