Hospitalist - Per Diem

Wyckoff Heights Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and talented physician (Per Diem) to join our Hospitalist team with the Department of Medicine. We serve a culturally diverse population with a wide spectrum of medical conditions.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or foreign equivalent
• Completion of post graduate medical training from a U.S. accredited residency program in Internal Medicine.
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Current, unrestricted New York State license.
• Must possess active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or be eligible for registration.
• Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll.
• Excellent communication, bedside manners and organizational skills
• Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and Microsoft Office
• ACLS/BCLS certification
• Experience in inpatient care (1–3 years preferred)
