Job Description
We are seeking a Painter to join our team at South Port Square, a 40-acre campus in Port Charlotte, Florida. The Painter will be responsible for performing accurate and efficient painting and wall coverings, maintaining the esthetics of high traffic common areas, and restoring painted areas in vacated units to like-new conditions.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of commercial and residential painting/wallcovering
- Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend, and communicate simple instructions
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
