Job Description
The Assistant Chef is responsible for elevating and maintaining Wynn's highest standards of culinary excellence, supporting culinary leadership, and directing and developing kitchen staff.
Requirements
- 3+ years of culinary management experience in a premium or luxury casual dining setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent formal culinary training from a recognized institution (highly preferred)
- Current Food Manager Certification and valid Nevada health card
- Proven expertise in kitchen operations management with exceptional knife skills techniques and mastery across all culinary stations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and core computer applications
