Job Description
The Assistant Chef supports culinary leadership in cost optimization, inventory management, and food requisitions while directing and developing kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards and elevate the guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive culinary management experience
- Current and valid Food Manager Certification and health credentials
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional fluency in English language, both written and verbal
- Formal culinary degree from an accredited institution or equivalent advanced culinary training and demonstrated expertise
