Manager HR Operations

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the technology/Telecom industry, Construction & Facility Management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HR laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
