The Performance Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's performance management framework to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Develop and manage performance management systems (KPIs, OKRs, scorecards).
- Lead annual and periodic performance appraisal cycles across departments.
- Align individual and departmental goals with organizational strategy.
- Analyze performance data and prepare dashboards and reports for management.
- Work closely with department heads to address performance gaps.
- Design and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Support reward, promotion, and succession planning decisions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
- Train managers on effective performance evaluation and feedback methods.
- Drive a culture of continuous performance improvement and accountability.
