Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially-minded Head of FP&A to join our finance team. This is a high-impact leadership role that will serve as a critical business partner to the CFO and executive team, shaping Xapo’s growth trajectory through data-driven financial strategy.
Requirements
- Partner with the CFO to formulate, communicate, and drive Xapo's financial strategy
- Lead the core financial planning processes, including forecasting, scenario modeling, and long-range strategic planning
- Design and own the executive-level reporting frameworks to monitor business performance
- Lead strategic OPEX management and the annual budgeting cycle
- Serve as a critical business partner to functional leaders, providing deep financial analysis and data-driven insights
- Drive the evolution of our financial systems to automate reporting and enhance analytical capabilities
- Provide input into capital requirement methodologies and other regulatory financial processes
- Supervise and mentor a growing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, commercial curiosity, and excellence
