As a Solution architect specializing in Application Architecture, you will work closely with product leadership team. You will lead and oversee the development of complex solutions that span multiple towers and/or encompass multiple service offerings.
Requirements
- Lead and oversee the development of complex solutions that span multiple towers and/or encompass multiple service offerings
- Drive discovery process with the customer to understand their need for Insurance related products and accelerators
- Understand the customer’s operational process, their pain points, intended outcome of their requirements and provide suitable design and solutions, taking into considerations the current capabilities and future roadmap of the product
- Plan build or development tasks by confirming objectives and specifications with the relevant stakeholders
- Ensure focus on Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) with special emphasis on code quality and unit testing
- Split requirement into manageable development features or modules for the team
- Identify functional and non-functional constraints of the system and designs optimal solutions
- Debug or troubleshoot coding bugs and provides fixes for the same
- Participate in application profile and performance benchmarking activities
- Bring in industry best practices to all facets of software design and delivery process
- Occasionally involve in pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, proposal writing etc
- Suggest any improvements on the implementation process
