Requirements
- Preferably Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
- Proven experience in talent consulting, program management, or a related field
- Experience in business development and client management is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on talent needs
- Ability to analyze client needs and deliver innovative, tailored solutions
- Proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.
- Competence in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in the IT sector is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience as a recruiter in the ASEAN region, Hong Kong and Japan will have an advantage.
