Key responsibilities include client consultation, program management, training and development, partnership management, data analysis and insights, thought leadership, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma in Business Administration or any related field
• Proven experience in talent consulting, program management, or a related field
• Experience in business development and client management is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on talent needs
• Ability to analyze client needs and deliver innovative, tailored solutions
• Proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues
• Competence in data analysis and reporting
• Experience in the IT sector is an advantage
• Candidates with experience as a recruiter in the ASEAN region, Hong Kong and Japan will have an advantage
