Requirements

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for highly technical and non-technical roles
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines across disciplines
• Drive candidate engagement and attraction strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define search strategies
• Facilitate structured interview processes
• Manage offer development, negotiation, and closing
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
• Continuously evaluate recruiting processes and workflows
• Support recruiting projects and initiatives
