Asset Coordinator - Hybrid

Asset Coordinators play a crucial role in managing and organization of the client's digital assets, including account builds, MACD management, device connectivity, and reporting. The role encompasses the end-to-end life cycle of Asset Management from start of a contract to the end and in between.

Requirements

• Ensure that incidents raised are addressed and resolved within the predetermined amount of time for each account
• Ensure that assets are connected to the network and reporting continuously when required
• Load Map provided in the System as needed and ensure that the asset is placed in the right location in the Map (Asset Mapping)
• Conducts Data Integrity Check to ensure that all assets follows the account requirement
• Validate meters and ensures that it is loaded correctly and there are no Invalid Raw Meters or meters are outside the daily threshold agreed upon in the statement of work
• Load meter readings provided manually in the system and ensures that assets that are in contract have meters
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional reports to the account and billing teams for historical analysis, current status, and billing purposes
