HRIS Analyst - Total Rewards

Xerox is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support Sales Incentive Compensation initiatives, partnering with the team to configure and optimize technology solutions, executing system changes, and collaborating with IT and vendor partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS, with exposure to Total Rewards or Sales Incentive Compensation systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Commissions Cloud.
• Strong data management, reporting, and analysis skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute projects and system enhancements within a complex enterprise environment.
