As a COE Process Analyst, you’ll lead and deliver programs/projects, own and monitor operational metrics, and facilitate process improvement workshops.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and strong documentation skills
- Strong analytical capabilities, including metric tracking, scorecard reporting, and variance analysis
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear presentation and facilitation experience
