As a COE Process Analyst, you'll lead and deliver programs/projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with goals, schedule, and budget. You'll own and monitor operational metrics, scorecards, and performance reports for various COEs and partner with IT and business analysts to ensure clear technical requirements and support cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management are a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and strong documentation skills
- Strong analytical capabilities, including metric tracking, scorecard reporting, and variance analysis
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear presentation and facilitation experience
