Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations within their assigned production area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives are consistently achieved. This role provides direct supervision of production personnel, manages workflow execution, and drives accountability through coaching, performance management, and operational leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or additional leadership training preferred
• Proven experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational workflow principles
• Effective communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills
• Ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple priorities
• Solid problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Basic computer proficiency for reporting, scheduling, and documentation
• Physical ability to perform job-related tasks including lifting or moving materials as required
• Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to physically meet the following: stand continuously, 8+ hours; kneel, crouch occasionally; climb Ladder occasionally; lift from floor to waist occasionally; lift from waist to shoulder occasionally; lift overhead occasionally; lift 0 – 25lbs frequently; lift 25 – 50lbs occasionally; lift 50 – 75lbs occasionally
