Sales Manager IT

Role Overview

We are a young team from Rosenheim with a passion for software solutions. We are currently looking for support in IT sales (B2B).

What You Will Do

Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships in the B2B field, identification and addressing of potential customers, presentation and marketing of software products and services, and independent implementation of the entire sales process.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical studies (e.g. business administration, business informatics, IT or comparable)
• Professional experience in IT sales, ideally in the field of software development or IT services
• Technical understanding of software and development processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a secure appearance
• Self-initiative, goal-oriented, and a hands-on mentality
• Experience in customer acquisition as well as in building and maintaining long-term business relationships
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, English language skills are an advantage
