Requirements
- Translate the customer's voice within the structures and planning of the product
- Contribute to the dissemination and promotion of our culture and design competencies
- Apply and contribute to the evolution of good design practices and Design Ops tools
- Use data for continuous improvement in processes and operation
- Conduct user research and market analysis
- Apply knowledge in service design to optimize the customer journey and user experience
- Design and validate flows and prototypes using our design system
- Actively execute the roadmap, evaluating and proposing improvements in journeys and flows
