Job Description
Product Designer Senior sought for BU Crédito to work on design process from conception to implementation, considering technology, business, data, and artificial intelligence as integrated parts of the solution.
Requirements
- Experience as Product Designer Senior
- Experience with user testing and research
- Interest in working with data-driven processes and metrics
- Experience with agile ceremonies and dynamics
- Knowledge of product creation methodologies such as Design Thinking, Double Diamond, or similar
- Creation of interactions and navigable prototypes for web and mobile
- Knowledge and action with Design Systems
- Collaboration on digital product projects with a focus on business results
- Experience with construction and conduct of collaborative dynamics
- Experience with near-triad of product (Design, Product, and Technology) and business team, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution
- Experience or familiarity with AI-related tools and flows that involve product design (e.g., research, synthesis, ideation, prototyping, evaluation, or personalization of experiences)
- Experience with banking, financial, or credit products
