Customer Relationship Manager

The Strategic Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening Evident’s key commercial relationships across the global clean energy ecosystem. The role ensures partners receive exceptional service, supports market integrity, and drives adoption of Evident’s registry platform services for Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs).

Requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders that form part of the Evident ecosystem from a relationship and commercial perspective
• Build strong, trust-based relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and alignment with Evident's mission
• Support onboarding of new partners to Evident’s ecosystem from a commercial perspective
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with Evident's standards and the International Attribute Tracking Standard
• Identify and monitor KPIs to determine the performance and health of the ecosystem elements
• Stay informed on global EAC market developments, regulatory changes, and sustainability trends
• Provide insights to internal teams to shape product development and strategic initiatives
• Proactively address ecosystem concerns and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Work closely with policy, product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless service and support

Benefits
