Director, Partnerships – Strategic Market Solutions (SMS)

Xpansiv is a leading infrastructure provider for the energy transition markets. The Director, Partnerships – Strategic Market Solutions will identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that expand Xpansiv’s global environmental market footprint.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in environmental commodities, exchanges, registries, or related infrastructure
• Proven success developing and closing complex partnerships
• Deep understanding of environmental markets including carbon, RECs/I-RECs, and attribute tracking systems
• Strong commercial negotiation, relationship management, and project leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate across technical, operational, and executive teams
