PermitFlow is a leading AI company serving the nation’s builders, tackling the challenge of understanding what can be built, where, and how. The company is looking for a Director, Strategic Partnerships to expand its partner ecosystem and drive growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales
- Experience with FSMs (ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, JobNimbus, Workiz, FieldRoutes), construction management (Procore, Buildertrend), OEMs (GAF, Owens Corning, Carrier, Trane, Pella, Andersen), or financing platforms (GreenSky, Service Finance, Sunlight)
- Quota / revenue accountability in your past
- Exec-level presence and commercial sharpness
- Builder mindset and high agency, low ego
