
Job description
The Process Engineer supports the development, optimization, and scale-up of manufacturing processes across production and supply chain operations. This role applies engineering expertise to drive continuous improvement, enhance product quality, and increase operational efficiency.
Technical resource for on-going production activities, reviewing safety and quality standards, leading quality improvement projects, recommending manufacturing processes, assessing current equipment and processes, and collaborating with research and development teams.
The ideal candidate will have a BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Materials Engineering or related field, 2 years' experience in process engineering, production operations, and/or quality control environments, analytical skills, familiarity with statistics and hypothesis-driven problem-solving methodologies, and interpersonal skills.
