Requirements
- Previous experience in L2/L3 technical support, software engineering or technical project or delivery management.
- Ability to navigate through code, understand architecture and versioning to identify key configuration parameters and their implications.
- Previous experience in junior managerial or semi-managerial positions (technical but with high portion of autonomy and influence).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
