Account Executive

Xplor is seeking a motivated and self-driven sales professional to join their Xplor Pay Direct Sales team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of business-to-business outside sales experience, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a hunter mentality. The role offers a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and unlimited income potential.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
