Job Description
Xplor is looking for a motivated and self-driven sales professional to join their Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of B2B outside sales experience and be comfortable with face-to-face selling, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. The position offers a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, flexible schedule, and uncapped commission potential.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
