[Direct Sales] Account Executive

Xplor is looking for a motivated sales professional to join their Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator and closer who is comfortable with face-to-face selling, resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. The role offers unlimited income potential, a flexible schedule, and a commission-only residual model with a portfolio ownership component.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
• Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
