[Direct Sales] Account Executive

Xplor Pay is seeking a Direct Sales Account Executive to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-driven sales professional with experience in B2B outside sales. The role involves going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, and closing deals to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions. The compensation package includes uncapped commission, residual income, flexible schedule, sales training, and mentorship. Xplor is a global platform that combines SaaS with embedded payments and tools to help businesses grow and succeed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
• Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
