Job Description
The Vice President, Business Development – Truck Body and Trailer Sales at XPO will lead the introduction and expansion of our truck body and trailer sales product line, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key accounts. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
Requirements
- 15+ years in truck body and/or sales with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale a business line from inception
- Strong strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills
- Ability to work remotely or from a company office; willingness to travel extensively (50+%)
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, work or military experience
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
