Director of Ad Sales — Xsolla Advertising

We're looking for a driven, analytical, and results-oriented Sales Leader to join our growing Xsolla Advertising Team. As the Director of Ad Sales, you'll work directly with game developers, publishers, and brands to unlock new growth opportunities through Xsolla's advertising solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, client success, or account management within the advertising, ad tech, or digital media industries.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.
• Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
